Nebraska judge bans the word rape from being used in trial

Last fall, Cheuvront granted a motion by defense attorneys barring theuse of the words rape, sexual assault, victim, assailant, and sexualassault kit from the trial of Pamir Safi—accused of raping Tory Bowenin October 2004.

Worse, the jury isn't told about the banned language and the only word left to the victim is "sex". The first trial ended with a hung jury and is being repeated with the same restrictions. And this isn't the only court case for this to happen.

better yet.. they need to take him, and toss him in a tiny cell with Bubba and a 2x4, I bet when Bubba was done- that judge would want the words rape, sexual assault, victim, assailant, and sexual assault kit used at his trail.
