Court rules against FCC in indecency suit
If President Bush and Vice President Cheney can blurt out vulgarlanguage, then the government cannot punish broadcast televisionstations for broadcasting the same words in similarly fleeting contexts.

Excuse me while I gloat over here a bit :) I'm very happy to see one court at least smacking down the neocons in power as to their whole "two separate standards of decency" thing they have going on. Especially since they're led by two of the most vulgar and crude politicians we've had on the national stage in a long time.

Use Cheney's vulgar language against him.

Dina Lydia's story at http://www.washblog.com/story/2007/5/31/141042/337 shows how to use Cheney's own vulgarity tio force him to resign and to shut down the Iraq war.

So basically, a TV show can now consist of dialogue like, "Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck," any time they want? Because I don't see how they can get away with differentiating between fleeting expletives and premeditated ones.
