---The funky S tattoo....
Is this an aspect of their dna manifesting? Or do we only see it in those that Linderman tags or are somehow a part of his program?

---Molly and Micah
Micah was sick after affecting all the voting machines. Just doing too much with his power? Or, since we only know of three children that have had their powers manifest, is there something about having it manifest before adolescence that is toxic? Also, w/ respect to Mohinder being the "cure", if it's Mohinder's antibodies, such a fix should only be temporary. Anyone on a type of antibody therapy eventually develops antibodies to the antibodies and typically of a neutralizing variety. It will be interesting to see if the writers address this.

---Hiro's dad
When did he break from Linderman?

---The "other" man that Molly's scared of.
"When I look for him, he looks back". The next big bad? Or simply someone with a similar power? (or the Haitian perhaps?)

---Trail of Sylar's blood
Is he still alive or did something else take him?

---Hiro's powers
Okay, if Hiro can go back in time, etc, why didn't super Hiro from the future simply go back to when he knew ando was killed and kill Sylar? Or before that? Methinks this is another willful ignoring of Hiro's powers that the wirters did. Granted, he did still need to figure out who the bomb was, but still.

---inheritibility of the powers
Okay, I still need someone to explain to me how a mother w/ superstrength (and split personality) and a man who walks through walls produces a kid that can manipulate computers. Or was there some other tinkering going on by Linderman? Which might explain why one brother could fly and another just absorbs every frikking power. i'm just saying, it's odd. Genetic recombination can do a lot, granted, but well, this is straining Mendelian genetics a tad.

Which third kid are we talking about?

Additionally, remember that Peter got extremely sick as well when he started channelling other abilities. It might simply have to do with the initial usage of abilities.

I'm guessing he's still alive. What role he'll take up during the second season will be verrrrry interesting to see.

The same reason why future!Hiro first said he was risking a rift merely by coming to that day on the metro. The same reason why our Hiro wasn't able to timeskip back and save the waitress. It seems he can't directly change anything that he has himself witnessed or been near, and if he tries, his ability short-circuits and dumps him out of the way until he stops trying to change his own past.

Knowledge can be sent back along one's own personal timestream; action can't.

Yeah, that whole bit was why I was making up fanfic at one point that Claire was actually Niki/Jessica's daughter. After all, with Niki/Jessica's strength she'd need some kind of invulnerability or regeneration to survive tearing into things -- safe doors, people, and so forth -- with her bare hands.

Oooooh, good point. I'd completely forgotten about her, since we've only seen her in pictures.

On the other hand, what about the young dream-guide kid that showed Mohinder what path to pursue? I guess we can't be sure, since by the time we meet him he's apparently already in control of his ability.

The sister who was at least half a dozen years older than him before he was born? What, she achieved enlightenment, stopped her aging process, and as a side effect became totally androgynous? ; )

Heroes hasn't told us how the powers are passed down the generational line. I mean even with the Petrelli brothers. A sponge and a flier? And Claire. From a firestarter and a flier. I've just been assuming - since there's no canon for it yet - that what's passed on is the ability to have a power. Not the nature of the parents powers themselves.

Hiro has stated that he doesn't have control to go back in time. And in a previous ep it was even stated that he can't go back to change things.
