So, my building is shaped like a "U".

I'm on the bottom corner. Across from me, two apartments away, a guy has taken to sticking his head out the window and carrying on a convo w/ an apartment below me.

Which wouldn't be so bad if the heating situation didn't require me to keep the windows open.
