jebbypalHome, home home. Does anything ever feel so good as getting home when you are sick?? I don't think so.
When I got home, my day got a little bit better -- the used copy of Quest for Harmony had arrived finally. I actually took the class from Dr. Young and got a copy of his first draft of this book. I still have it, but it is buried in a shed at home. I may try to dig it out (it is a lot longer than the abridged version that got published) when I get home but that will depend on temperatures and if I can get anyone to go out with me to keep a look out for spiders and snakes. Still, this is an excellent book that I highly recommend for anyone interested in native american spirituality. I'm very sad that it isn't in print anymore, but I hope that they order it back to print soon.
Also got the copy of Punisher and a book I'd ordered to make the holiday a bit better. :) I can't wait to watch Tom Jane again:) LOL. I think the first icons anyone made me were by![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
neroli66 and of the Punisher. Errr, bdgeministar may have made me the one of mal's ass first. *shrugs* Pretty close either way.
After much thought, I pretty much vetoed going to work tomorrow which means I scrapped an experiment I was going to do. With how bad the weather is to be and having a cold, I think it's better to make sure that I don't end up any sicker. And I have a feeling I'm going to feel MUCH worse tomorrow.
Ooh, and I bought stuff to go ahead and make either soup or a roast chicken after all at some point this weekend. Right now though, it's frozen chicken pot pie.
