I wasn't really sad she died. I was sad for Lincoln because he has enough trouble related to him to have that put on him as well, but in the long run Lincoln is now free for that investigator chick! Veronica just wasn't very smart there at the end. She knew to what extent those people would go to keep things in their hands. Of course they'd redirect calls.
