In case anyone forgot, YES I STILL LOATHE CINGULAIR W/ ALL MY SOUL.

have a bill from them saying my account is canceled w/ no identification on it except an account number. So I don' t know if this is a followup to my at&t account (which i loved loved loved, at&t's customer service and webpage rocked!) or in reference to my current one. But I can still call on my phone. still confused.

I hates them.

On top of that I can never remember that frigging password because it is one that requires a number. And I forgot to email it to myself any of the last three times this has happened.

No cause cingulair bought at&t...they were going to force all users to change once our contracts were up anyway.

And i signed the 2 yr contract cause i hadn't heard anyone complain and figured it would be the equivalent of at&t.

Well, crap. Hopefully, they might improve, with the change and all. But they did suck before the change, so umm, think happy thoughts. :sheepish:
