Halliburton can't even take care of Iraq's Black Gold properly.

(Nytimes, reg may be req. It's front page right now though).

One thing I dislike about this article -- they don't state anything about a timeline until the SECOND page of the article. It's very difficult to realize that the article is about ongoing willful oil pollution TODAY, although they do state that these policies were formed under Saddam as a way to store crude oil waste during the height of the international sanctions.

You know what, this is definitely what I miss about the midwest. Even with the thunderstorms we get out here, they just aren't the same.

If it was 100 bucks, I might even be tempted to buy that.
