jebbypalsoooo, pandemmic has completely effed my normally scheduled food expectation.
I mean on the one hand, my body hit the seven year mark and has decided that there is some aspects of corn it can tolerate in finite amounts. [the fun part being what's finite. hahahahaha. it screwed me a couple of weeks ago when i took a break from a bbq place and it decided to punish me when i went back]
On the other hand, GNC has discontinued the dairy digestant (read their brand of lactaid) for foseeable future due to manufacturing issues. Which sucks as it was the only 2 ingredient lactase enzyme on the market.
so ii have a handful of brands being shipped to me from amazon so i can do some weekend experiments of "is my GI distress because of corn or is it lactose"
