Ugh

Stomach reaction yesterday to either pasta or the sausage image with it. Which means no coffee for me this morning and my twisted ankle has started well and truly hurting since it also means backing off the ibuprofen (which is very bad for gut integrity). Guess ill chance an excedrin since that will help forestall the caffeine migraine.

The good news is they went ahead and did the heart cath and stint I my moms leg yesterday despite the 100 stitches she had put in her legs the day before after bad fall in hotel room. She came through okay and the stitched legs didn't leak too much more blood.
