jebbypalWell, interesting TV returns! I'd forgotten how much I'd miss the somewhat serious fluff of Shameless. And it's over the top enough that my embarrassment squick doesn't get triggered.
Speaking of, thank you Good Wife for having an ep that hails back to your classic season 1. Actual character building without overt telling. Sorry, the past 3 or so eps of good wife had left me blase and I don't think I even finished one of them. But this was classic. Loved the whole showing how much of a family the firm is. I mean, we often get the callout to diane and will being the parents, but the conference room scenes, and then the last scene with eli and divorce lawyer, just classic!!! Loved it. I really liked the build of Diane with the process server too. Lovely understatement. It made me happy
I have a bunny. I blame fleshly cherry. Now I need to decide if I'll be shooting myself in the foot to actually plot it (my muse is fickle and easily bored) or if I should just go ahead and start writing it for the 2 of us, to be shared at a later date with a wider whole if it doesn't fizzle and die.
