jebbypalMan do I regret the two days of fanfic binging I spent this past weekend w/ only 1 day of the 3-day weekend working. Really really regret it. Because nothing has gone right since.
Stupid ref library project took forever. Other "rush must be done today" projects were relatively straight-forward, but just time intensive enough to suck up time, woke up this morning with the sinus migraine from hell that refused to fully let go until 2pm (and a second dose of the goody's headache powder after I'd already downed an aleve as well at 9am), the 2 hour meeting from hell on the statement workshop during the morning would not end and I was pissy due to said headache, and then, due to all the meds, the lunch I bought at whole foods just tasted wrong and so i ended up mostly having 2 meatballs plus the chocolate croissant I'd bought. As a result, I'm sure that didn't help the underlying nausea that decided to appear from the fact that my body is soooo not used to acetominophen and aspirin anymore.
Then left work at 4 pm thinking "I'll run do my shopping and be home by 5:30". the universe: AHAHAHAHAHA, YOU ARE SOOOOO FUNNY.
Target didn't have the laundry detergent I needed forcing me to go to walmart and wasting 30 minutes. The rain decided to downpour every time I had to step outside, I finally got what I needed at staples just as EVERY PARENT AND THEIR KID IN THE STORE FINISHED UP FORCING ME TO WAIT IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES, and then it was already 5:15 and I still had to shop at whole foods so I could have dinner tonight and food tomorrow. *bangs head* then traffic jam from hell on way home thanks to rain.
So tonight, I need to review lead editor of supplement's comments on one supplement so we can send back out to the rest of the author's and get a good start on the last supplement that I've still never gotten to touch this week, as well as pick up my apartment for when maintenance comes to fix my toilets.
Me needs 36 hour day tomorrow. For realz.
