jebbypalI really can't figure out how much of my recent food love is the novelty of rediscovering a dish or lack of depression.
And the only reason I comment on it is that I haven't enjoyed eating this much in years, unless said food had corn in it and gave me a rather nice high (said high never makes up for some of the bad reactions, but it balances out a medium sized migraine or hives that only last a day).
Mmmm, either way, chicken salad with apples in it is as good as tuna fish. And I am soooo loving the organic tomatoes (non-roma) from TJs this summer.
