Of course, the WH has the following conditions: Rove and Harriet Mier would be offered to the Committees for their testimony in the Alberto Gonzales and federal prosecutors scandal. However, he said it would be unsworn testimony, not under oath, behind closed doors and no trancript would be permitted.
Ummmmm, Earth to Buschco -- we live in a democracy. There is accountability and no one is above the law. So why would we once again accept unsworn testimony from Rove and Miers?? Especially Rove.
