I'm so proud -- I managed to draw a diagram in Powerpoint that doesn't look like trash (at least to me anyways). :):) hee:)
Also dug out my papers here at home looking for a review I know I have before I remembered I have the citation in that worthless "thought" experiment that wasted a month of my life. Oh well, copy on my hard drive now!
Two days in a row of still underestimating the amount of work I had to do even though I scrapped one of the things I'd planned to do (another project for different paper that won't nec be in thesis committee meeting) mean I have much less done on my presentation (as in not finished), but I think it really almost is. One more "figure" to draw and then I'll be waiting on the two-three experiment analyses I'll get to do next weekend after I run the samples near the end of the week when I finally finish processing them. And I say 2-3 because the antibody company keeps shorting me on how much antibody is in a tube, so even though I have six 0.1mL tubes of antibody (each reaction takes 25 ul for this antibody), I only have enough for hopefully two exp (set up one today, I'll see tomorrow if I have enough for the other).
Oh, and must remember, dr's appointment tomorrow to get allergy med refills and drop them off at pharmacy to pick up because I'm OUT OF ALLEGRA and I don't think I'll survive in this apartment and be functional w/out it. (don't talk to me about benadryl. that stuff is as bad as a muscle relaxer for my alertness).
Anyway, off to bed :):)
