firefox help

every once in a while, when I open firefox, it decides to do all these wierd things --- like open up the find box when I hit the "/" or the apostrophe. It's extremely annoying. Does anyone know a fix or what??

I thought it was just doing that to ME, so I've just kinda grumbled, but ignored it!

Okay, so I just googled it and apparently it's a feature. Not a bug. Except it keeps doing it at the wrong times! (So to me - that means bug - but whatever, lol.)

The fix I found is:

In the address bar of FireFox type in "about:config" and hit enter

In the Find bar at the top search for this:

accessibility.typeaheadfind.flashBar

It should be in bold.

Change the integer value form "0" to "1"

I did it, but I'm not sure if has worked or not, since the problem was only happening once in awhile. We'll see I guess, lol! :)
