Don't I know it....go for years w/ too much caffeine and taking every drug under the sun (legally prescribed), and now in my old age all of a sudden I find I'm SUPER sensitive to anything natural. GNC dosages cause me to OD, and more than a cup of blueberries a day fells me.
This is what happens when I start trying to eat healthy:P I suppose.
