Well, after much terror, Talyn finally started up again. It had no problem w/ all the reboots for the windows updates last night, but for some reason, a black screen stared at me for a really long time after the xp start screen finished. First time I figured it stalled out, second time I waited long enough and it finally came up.

Then again, maybe Talyn just needed to hear luridmuse's voice. *shrugs* Definitely going into the repair shop on monday.

In the meantime, it ain't getting turned off.
