Heee:) I finally got around to listening to some of the songs I'd grabbed off of some of shrift's posts and wow, am I glad I did. I'm in love with Johnny Cash's cover of NIN Hurt. As in, love more than any of NIN's original versions. So much love.

So much in fact that when I saw that Amazon was selling all three (or the three of the four? Not sure) of his American song albums for 10 bucks instead of 18, I broke and purchased all three. :):)

More new music in a couple of weeks.

In the meantime, I'll have to comfort my ears with the White Stripe album of Hypnogaja that cassiee sent me. Oh so much better than the two I bought for B. In fact, I'm not even sad that I lost those two during the computer meltdown.

Computer update: reformat is slowly speeding up after the first 30% took about four hours to do. Seven and a half hours later, I'm almost up to 65%.

to do still: finish chip. Plate cells for me and bosslady (yep, even I have one). Run by Trader Joe's if I get out early enough (doubtful). Contemplate doing laundry (even more doubtful). Figure out where my manicness today has come from.
