jebbypalSo yeah, when a management company says that they are "renovating" a laundry room, don't assume that you'll get NEW washer/dryers or even FUNCTIONAL ones.
One dryer already broken. One of the four I used didn't dry very well. And it's not an issue of how long the cycle lasts -- they do go for 60 min. Course that's fun since the washing machines go thirty.
