jebbypalHouse GOP enacts congressional "martial law" to push bills through
Basically this means they passed a vote on a referendum that allows them to present a huge budget bill w/ hundreds of pages and then proceed to debate and vote immediately the same day instead of the rest of the house having at least a day to read through a bill that they weren't allowed into negotiations on.
