jebbypalWell...I think I just survived my once yearly attempt to kill myself. I swear, once a year, my body just forgets how to drink liquids. Fortunately I turned away from my baby fast enough that I didn't corrupt the keyboard (or harddrive given its a laptop).

frogs_fics is a) hard work and b) entirely too encouraging to my muse. I'll see if my brain actually cooperates in typing it out, because at this point typing anything coherently will be encouraging even if it isn't work related.
And totally screwed my experiment up today. When will I learn to NOT ask the lab techs how to do anything. Asked if I should dilute a buffer in water or PBS and they said PBS...turns out that was wrong so I had a ton of calcium phosphate preciptiation in my staining solution which probably killed my cells and also probably destroyed the staining conditions. Ahh well, meant I got to come home early...right when it started to pour!!
