jebbypalWell, labmates are reminding me that philly radio is indeed worse than continuous rap and michael jackson. Really. Or at least the speakers work better so I hear more of it. Siigh.
Not their fault that they don't appreciate silence. Oh wait, it is:)
the talk was mostly a waste of time except for a lot of pretty pics explaining what I'll need to explain to thesis committee. So taht was good.
Oh, and gizmo is woefully slow on internet connections. It couldn't load the lj login page at all and it took like 2 full minutes to pull up just the yahell login page. :( Ahh well, I got it for the programs, not necessarily the internet:) I do need to rename my wireless connection though cause wireless is boring.
During the talk, I did get a pretty good rough outlinish thing for my presentation, so I suppose that's good. I still have this nagging feeling that I fall two more steps behind every hour, but at least sans coffee, I'm not actually going into a full blown panic attack. :) Trying to figure out exactly what is up w/ B though -- he asked me yesterday exactly when I'll be free again...which okay, yeah I said I wouldn't have time to do anything this weekend but that's because I'll be busy at work on sat an dthen he has to help move someone on sun before his football game he wants to see. And then the next weekend he's going home. I dunno, I know I'm horribly disorganized and frankly, I dispair of ever being able to organize or schedule my time. I just can't figure it out. It doesn't work for me. At all. And yes, I've tried the lists -- invariably things just pile up and make me more freaked out. Ahh well, survived this way for 27 years, I suppose I'm not going to fail any time soon like it.
Okay, I think I'll give in and eat a sandwich before I go finish setting up what I need to on my experiment.
