yep, you heard me. I was willing to give cingulair another chance after all the fiasco of last month, provided that they do what they said they would. But they didn't. There is a big fat reconnection fee on my bill that I am holding (which makes me glad that they screwed up my autopay enrollment). So, cell phone shopping, figure out how to keep my number, and change and then write a fun letter detailing why.
Figure I want to know who I'm switching to before I do the switch.
