jebbypalSo..in the good old days, no actual construction type labor in any apartment, outside, etc could occur before 9am at the earliest. Also, we were always informed ahead of time if men would be hanging outside our window to do washing or construction.
No notice this time.
And the drilling right next to my apartment started at 8 am on the dot.
Granted, this is good in that it forces me to wake up by that time instead of sleeping till 8:30 as my body likes. I'd still really really like to have a warning that there will be men hanging outside my window.
