And in any other circumstance, I'd cut and paste you the article for the potential fic. But this baby is six pages long.

The long and the short of it is that there are smuggler and others who illegally traffick in endangered and protected species of cycads.

More interesting is that some of those babies can be downright disgusting smelling or even poisonious.
