Unless I'm mistaken, I believe this weekend marks the first time I have actually watched Firefly in RL with fellow fan(girls). Totally awesome experience, and it was a good thing that notragicmercury had seen a lot of what we watched at some point before or Cherry and I may have ruined the experience for her.

And hopefully pt and cassiee were not totally annoyed as I texted them memoriable quotes from the eps as we watched them (PT gets the chocolate protein cake for correctly texting back the next line of dialogue a couple of times.)

Methinks that a firefly rewatch will contiue when I get home. And then I will endeavor to do a farscape rewatch in real time with Cherry once I send her the dvds so that she has someone to discuss with if she likes.

And cherry, I promise to try not to spoil you as I did for One Tree Hill this weekend. *face palm*

And a jayne icon is necessary since we just finished watching Ariel!!! Ahhh, vindicative badass Mal at his best.

Not sure what this means...

the universe could be saying that I should have continued driving, when I clearly thought it said to stop. Or, it's saying, "imagine how much worse it would be if you hadn't:

So I have 350 miles (~6 hours, no stops) of driving left out of the original 608 miles. Not too bad. Also, OH drivers need to learn how to a) drive on 6 lane highway, b) the etiquette of passing utilizing any lane (hint: do not incremently creep into blind spot and stay there for 10 miles while making nary any progress), c) tailgating is frowned on

Okay, getting tired now so going to turn in. Hopefully the universe agrees with that plan.
