Nov. 10th, 2006 03:30 pmOw. Good thing no one is in the tc room with me (or as of yet) because this gas isn't going away. And it really has no reason to be here...well except for the two day gorge on chocolate chip cookies. :P
Sooo...I spent a short time (hey, two hours is like control for me) and then all of this morning reading a book I bought yesterday. My book purchases and reading this year have been all but nonexistent, especially when this also marks the least fanfic I've read in like forever. Book was good enough to rush to down it all so I'd know what happens right this second, only problem is the crash after the resulting reading high (yep, I'm addict, I admit it. I've yet to find a self help group for this addiction though).
Anyway, the book was The Romanov Prophecy by Steve Berry. Yep, about whether Alexei and Ana really survived the murder of the Romanov etc. ( overall, I'd recommend it as it was enjoyable pulp. But, it wasn't without some flaws )
All in all, enjoyable, and I did manage to read it in a pretty quick time frame....five hours total for about 300+ and I didn't really do much skimming. Some tidbits of the end of Imperial Russia that I wasn't aware of, so all in all, pretty good.
Okay, back to the tc mines.
