Well, no longer feeling like dying. Upside of last night is that I didn't have any nightmares:P Oh, that and Daylight Savings Time being over. My body's clock never really resets to it for some reason (even when I lived an hour behind anyways) so it's always nice to be naturally waking up earlier than 8:30-9 and not feeling like a failure to not be able to do better.

Yesterday was so nice on so many levels (at least pre-9 pm when my tummy decided to have war with the rest of my body). Getting out of the city, always of the good, immensely so when you haven't done it in about a month. Hair cut after being very very ev0l for the past month+. Even better, haircut looking very very good:) Great sushi for lunch and then we drove around for a bit to find a game that B wanted to get -- involved going out near Longwood gardens (area of DE I've never been to) which is much less built up and gorgeous. The trees were healthy and the leaf colors amazing. It was probably one of the more restful drives we've had and very enjoyable. Now all we need to do is find restaurants out there that I can eat at to justify going on a more regular basis.

Went and saw The Prestige. Omg, one of the best "suspense" films in a very long time. Plus you get to see Hugh Jackman without a shirt!! All of the good. I highly recommend it.

Downside of yesterday -- spent way too much money. Haircut is never cheap, but I also bought some more shampoo plus the conditioner that goes along with it. This is the first shampoo in a while that hasn't broken my head out eventually (corn, it's in everything!) so I have hopes that the conditioner will behave similarly and that maybe that will mean my hair won't become uselessly staticy and brittle by january (ever so important when you can't use hair styling products). Then we went to Eddie Bauer where I wanted to go after getting their catalog and seeing that they had some long sleeve cotton shirts for a decent price. I got three of those but also decided to get one dress shirt (crosses fingers that it won't make me itch horribly like last three I've gotten. I don't know what they are doing to cotton nowadays that my skin doesn't like). They also had a sweater that was 60% cotton, 30% nylong, and 10% angora wool. Now then, I can't do wool sweaters which makes winter clothes shopping annoying for me. Yes, I've tried cashmere--- the second I start sweating, I start clawing at myself. However, the sweater was impossibly cute and looked good on me. Bonus, I had no rash after trying it on, so I'm hopeful that between the fact that it is angora and that there's so little of it in it that I'll manage to wear it. It's not a turtle neck, so I have some chance that if it bothers me mildly, I can just wear a tshirt under it. *crosses fingers* Otherwise I need to make a friend that is a similar size to me to donate the sweater too. Hmm, it might fit my friend Hanh from college if she just rolls the sleeves up a lot.

Anyways, now I get to go off to work and try to get a ton done between today and tomorrow and then do marathon making of poster for tuesday and wednesday. I hate making poster. Really, I do. it's also debatable as to whether or not my boss remembers I have this conference. *shrugs* At least it's warm in south caroline:)

Oh, I also splurged on the new godsmack album -- It's okay, but not as good as their previous ones. Not as horrendous as when I bought the third fuel album, but still, they need a new surge of creativity for their sound methinks. Also, there is actually a song called "Voodoo Too". Which is really good except for the "too" part of the chorus. They really should have left that part out. And it's not a repeat of the previous Voodoo.

Maybe everyone else has already seen it, but I haven't seen anyone post about it so I'm putting the link here: Serenity vs the falcon, Mal vs Han, Ooooh, Chewie vs Jayne

I haven't finished reading it yet, but it sure looks fun.
