Aaaahh Civilization and Pressies!! And VM award pimping.. and farscape sparky pimping

I'm finally back to civilization. Plane flight wasn't as bad as way out though the first 45 minute flight I have dubbed the "Plague Plane" due to the numbers of people who were hacking and snuffling the entire time. Even better, I had a mom sitting next to me w/ two kids. Youngest on her lap was all snotty and dirty faced while mom was doing her best to hack up a lung. About 10 min in the flight, I had to get up to let her get to bathroom and took the opportunity as an excuse to move across the aisle. I'm moderately hopefull that all the good meals I've had at home will prevent me from getting cold/flu/ickiness. Flight from dallas to philly was pretty good actually. Slept most of it which resulted in complete cottonmouth from not enough water. All my luggage made it and I got home before 2pm even though flight was kinda late getting in.

Apartment is in intact. Cute note on the trash room door about how management will not be disposing of "bulk" trash for us anymore. Not much of a definition of "bulk" other than furniture, so I guess I have to cross my fingers that boxes from shipping will be included. Siiiigh.

And internet access. Even the slowish wireless I have via unsecured network till I buy a new modem seems soooooooo wonderful!! Only bad thing is it's forcing me to delay gratification because it's downloading vids so slowly --- hopefully the gift my serenity_santa made me will finish by the time I get back from grocery shopping ---> go lookee: All for you by Anoel. Sister Hazel, and Mal, I know it will be good. *dances* Can't believe I was good enough for a vid:):):):):):):):):) Definitely worth the wait.

Unexpected - Firefly WIP

Okay, I have to do this --- this mutant bunny refuses to make anything easy, so I at least need to keep track of the scenes (and scene POV) that I finally accept before I get really confused and end up posting a great big galosh mess of words.

This bunny bit me and insists that I finish it. Originally posted to serenity_santa as teaser gifts for llembas ... obviously, finishing this (hopefully in a timely manner) will be the rest of her gift.
