New fic -

Posted my first response to joss100 over at frogs_fics. I did subtly rework from when you guys beta-ed it for me...and it now satisfies the marble prompt rather than the cemetery prompt (I'm having a small bunny try to pop into existence for that based on Serenity, surprise surprise). Still, got my first fic in under the two week deadline, so I'm official.

Now then, to get ready for work and everything. I did actually manage to wake up by 7:30 this morning after hitting the snooze button for an hour. Not much, but progress. Now to get my ass out of here before it gets too sweltering.

Course, now I also remember why I drink coffee in the winter. I need it to make up for the bad sleep in the heat. Siigh.

Well....I almost skipped dinner after eating half of an apple pie *hides*. But since I'm staying up to watch the end of the football game, I gave in and ate a sandwich. ;) Hey, I woulda had enough calories the other way, trust me.

Boooooring night on tv, but brain was too tired to write (or work). Brain was too tired to even convince the body to put in Farscape. Possibly screwed up my experiment today, which would suck majorly. But still progress.

Thanks for all the kind words today;) Most recent episode of panic has receded for a couple of days at least after talking to boss. She was uber-supportive and calmed me down a lot.

Okay, time to finish the football game, do dishes, and go to bed.

*whines* It's supposed to be in the 70s through next week. *prays the new management that is incredibly cheap watches the report and turns the heater off*
