Late gifts and such
Jan. 19th, 2005 12:13 amSo my last lesson of the day today was that swedish pancakes minus the bacon taste much better upon reheating. I didn't think that the lack of bacon would affect the consistency much but it did...became too wet and quiche like .. yech.. No, I don't like eggs okay. I don't like the taste and I don't like the feel.
Sooo...finally got my xmas gift from my parents, the dell mp3 player. The smallest version. First off, whoever writes their product manual should be shot. Secondly, whose lamebrain idea was it to not include a product manual in the package? unless my parents managed to forget to put it in the package? Had to go to the website to download. AFter I did that I was much disappointed to find that they only told you how to put music on w/ Musicmatch Jukebox and the Dell jukebox manager. That was it (which nothing against jukebox, but I haen't ever used it). So after much fiddling w/ the dell manager I decided to see if it was possible to do w/ Windows Media player---it is, and it's a hell of a lot easier!! So now my player has most if not all of my music off my harddrive...sadly that ain't all my music. I've been lazy in ripping cds. But now I can and if i start to run out of room on the harddrive I can just delete what I've already ripped over.
And I'm not sure I like the case that came w/ it...I mean, it's just a pain in the ass to put on and you have to squeeze and jam the player so hard to get the cover over it that I'm scared to death I'm going to damage something. But I don't know if it's a good idea to charge it in the case due to heat buildup. Sigh..I'll look around some more.
But yeah, I have my player...so now no more excuses about not going downstairs to the gym to work out:P:( Hehehe.
