jebbypalSo I watched the pilot for Will Trent on a whim (ABC show that is also airing on HULU where i watched it). I'm cautiously optimistic and hopeful that a) it gets a following and b) it continues to skew the tropes ever so slightly to keep it interesting as a procedural that stands out from the crowd.
Which is a nice segue to say I tried on original flavor Law and Order new eps out of nostalgia for Jeffrey Donovan and whewwwww boy - i do not like any of the character choices he made in the first five minutes to mke it worth it. i'll go back to burn notice rewatches, thank you very much.
2 days into work and uh yeah, my body burn out / recovery time over the holiday either seriously damaged my energy levels or it's still working its way back up. Stomach seems to be holding steady - so either that is resolving and/or restarting the magnesium supplement is helping to dial down the inflammation there or something. But yeah, 1-3 hour pass out naps when i get home and sit down. probably WFH tomorrow rather than pushing it and see if my energy stays up a bit more. Granted, PMS is imminent too. Wish there were more short term checkups to see if anything i'm doing is helping with iron-deficient anemia rather than make the changes and wait for 6 mos to see if the numbers improve.
really not looking forward to the colonoscopy prep experience again if my stomach is back to my normal. Sigh.
