LOL...or at least, coworkers are doing their best to access a similar side of my personality.

R (my remaining original team mate and boss) has figured out why the new client service person, M, is being such a hyperactive freak. Turns out that they sent an abstract for R to review at 6pm and he was bushed and didn't want to work that night. So then they went ahead and sent it to the client the next morning because they felt it was important to make sure it was ON TIME rather than CORRECT.

Cue client freaking when it has a) errors and b) not written the way that this somewhat spastic/bipolar client likes (even her coworkers readily admit she drinks from the fountain of crazy and R is the only one who can reasonably interpret what her crazy speak means).

So now M is all about everything being "perfect and client ready". Cue eyerolls. There is a large difference between what we send as a draft to a small 4 person internal review team versus when we send what should be "final" for review by some of the 15 biggest people at the company because its dealing with an all important drug and trial.

But the knowledge has the two of us a little less inclined to kill M. A little.

But between that and then the absolute STUPID question that the baby med writer in atlanta sent to the client science lead on Wednesday, and subsequent inane replies, we are both of the opinion that the bush league needs a bit more oversight.

Too bad they are also territorial as hell.

Cue the horse heads please.
