jebbypalI wanted something other than chocolate chip cookies to satisfy my sweet craving..but all the ice cream recipes I wanted would have taken a "cooling" period
So instead I decided on peanut butter cookies with a substitution of almond butter...
Of course, now I realize I don't actually even remember what peanut butter cookies taste like (life-long inability to eat legumes here) since I probably had them last when I was 10 or so...
The dough definitely isn't as yummy as chocolate chip cookie dough base....My coworkers may be getting a boatload of cookies that I don't like tomorrow...
