Jul. 2nd, 2008 07:43 amI was determined to work out yesterday, and I did. First came home and started a loaf of bread before eating some yogurt and figured I might as well put some berry granola in the vanilla flavored yogurt.
That was a very bad idea and wasted some very good yogurt. But plain vanilla yogurt was finally eaten along with pecans. Verified the rubbermaid waterbottled I'd bought for 3 dollars was bpa free and otherwise a safe plastic, and off I went.
Since the last few times at the gym I've tried to do running (well, not tried, I did run) on a treadmill and then ended up with joints aching for a week, I stuck to the exercise bike. And since the whole thing of actually recording my progress on my assigned regiment seems curiously like work and I really need to get back in the swing of things (especially before winter comes back and sucks away all my motivation), I just did what I wanted (back and chest) and didn't even look over at the counter containing my record sheets with it's pitiful record of 2 visits.
then the best thing was coming home and making corned beef hash. Man, I forgot how much I enjoyed that for sandwiches (for health, a banana pepper was eaten as well). :)
