Horror Soap Opera----seriously, this show is literally Melrose Place meets Carrie. And for the first time, I agree w/ every critic----it soooo needs to lighten up. Heck, it would be better if Christina (the devil's daughter w/ the 666 tattoo on her iris) actually knew what was happening and was having fun w/ her powers. Cause her freakouts after every instance that she uses them is BORING. The best character by far is the devil's lackey that seems to be egging her on to be evil. He really is the only bright light in the entire episode -- beyond the other well built men but when they either are so flat to be horrible or cliched like Burghi's character, well, they don't have much substance yet. The lackey is good enough to almost keep watching till the show inevitably dies....well who knows, this is fox. maybe they'll give bad stuff a chance. Sorry Marti, but you seriously need some direction/criticism/help from your former mentor.

On all, the plot is even pretty forgettable. Just not much here, very weak pilot. Hmm....still wonder if johnny zero is any good --- it's on fox tomorrow night in everyone's favorite death slot. I'll be watching Third Watch so someone give me a head's up as to if it's worth a peak.

Heh. I saw the last twenty minutes of this at the gym. With no sound, of course, and it wasn't close captioned. I'm not sure if it made much difference.

What I gathered from what I saw:

There are a lot of long-haired, sour-faced bimbos on this show.
Half of them want Richard Burgi.
He's still very pretty.
I kept waiting for something to explode/somebody to get it from the moment I started watching, just cause it had that vibe. I was right.
You can find statues of freaky demon angels in the basements of churches.
Boats are Satanic.
