SGA...ahh. You know, even when I don't like the episode, the fact that I don't take the show seriously means it doesn't piss me off. I've now seen at least a 1/4 of season 3 and all of season 4 that has aired.


You know, I have to wonder if these will age as badly as the various star trek incarnations. Ah well, that would be why I'm not buying the dvds.

I seriously don't see mcshep. I just don't. Ronon/Shep....mmm, if I squint. But not really. And frankly, I don't miss Wier at all (in fact, that character was what turned me off in season 1, frankly).

Surprisingly, Teyla has grown on me. I haven't quite figured out how. It's reminescent of Chiana really.

Ronon! I think he's my favorite big dumb bruiser character. Seriously, he beats Jayne in my book.

Jewel Staite!! Heeee. It was great in the first ep I saw her in - I totally did not get the Kaylee vibe. Not quite so when we saw missing...but not too bad. Also, I want to know if she took notes from Sean on how to do the freaked out City Doctor stuck in the middle of no where routine. I love her character...though I seem to have missed the ep that would explain why she's there and all. Anyone direct me to which ep it is that I'm missing? (just the name, I'll find on my own).

Rodney McKay...okay, the Tao of Rodney got me. But well, he's frankly gotten a tad insufferable. Just really, tone it back a notch or two. the eps w/out him are like a nice vacation almost. Not that I hate him, just well, there's only so much of that sort of character I can take.

Sheppard. All I can say is when does Cameron pop over? And can Nate Fillion guest on that ep? Because then I think I would die from them all doing their "aww shucks' or "who, me?" looks at the same time. Hell, I'm doing the snoopy dance just thinking about it!

I guess you know where this is leading, right? Mostly because I know it's a rare thing anyway. Any good GEN sga fic that I should check out? *puppy eyes*

Here is all my SGA gen fic that I've bookmarked. I think the absolute best fic in the fandom (which you'll probably hear a lot about) is synedochic's Freedom's Just Another Word For Nothing Left To Lose, but it's Rodney centric and I'm not sure how you'll feel about it. It's BRILLIANT and totally gen, though.
