Oh, for crying out loud... *facepalm* This just makes me think of an old quote: "Military intelligence, huh? Now there's a contradiction in terms..."

I mean, seriously... I work with maintaining data spreadsheets and developing easily comprehensible ones that nonetheless specify a great deal of data. It's not that bloody hard. And the fuckwits in Iraq, as ordained by the fuckwits on high, couldn't manage to handle it and "lost" 190,000 pieces of military-grade hardware.
