1. If you HAD to pick between Browder and Tudyk, who would you pick and why?
Ummm....huh. Honestly, I'd probably pick Tudyk (and notice how you didn't specify what I'm picking for). First off, I actually think Alan is a far better actor than Ben. Secondly, sigh - I'm so vain -, Ben has actually lost a fair bit of muscle mass since Farscape (or at least he seems to in pics) plus that long hair...uggh. Third, while I adore Ben in many ways and can easily put him into the "potential celebrity boyfriends category", I think Alan would be far more iteresting to meet in person.
2. Why doesn't the frog have a name?
a) I'm afraid that no matter what I name it, it won't like the name and will punish me. b) If it has a name, it hides it from me. Obviously with the express purpose of me being unable to CALL it to me. c) Did you ever name your pet frogs? I never did. (then again, errr..never mind. too gross of a story).
3. If you knew you were going to die (like on Death Row) what would you pick as your Last Meal?
My mom's swiss steak with fried potatoes and greens (with bacon in it) on the side. Dessert of creme brulee.
4. What's your favorite icon and why?
Omg....HARD QUESTION. You're so mean! sinecure. I love the emotion of it, the off centeredness, and the fact you could easily right any story you wanted just off the one image in time. Plus, John+Winona=OTP.
5. What's your favorite fictional kink? It doesn't have to be sexual; it could be a brain kink.
Another hard one. I actually thought about this one on the walk home and was having the hardest time coming up with something. From my very long long long times of lurking in the Sentinel and Highlander fandoms, I think I've read or come across just about every kind that can come to mind and few of them ever really did much for me. But then it hit me, the one thing that I'm a huge sucker for provided it's' done right: the crossover. You can even cross a show w/ a show I don't know and if you do it right, I'll still read it. Of course, you probably already knew this about me. ;)
1. What is your favorite thing about Philadelphia?
I love how walkable that Philadelphia is. I've definitely gotten addicted to walking everywhere and enjoy it. Good exercise, no worries about contributing to pollution, no need to buy gas, no road rage, no annoying people on buses, and I set my own schedule. Now if people in this city (in cars and outside of them) would stop hocking loogies in front of me, it would just be about perfect.
2. What is your favorite non-pork meat dish?
Roast beef -- but you have to understand that I like my roast beef well done and dry (blame my father - he won't eat meat any other way and so I have no tolerance for the taste of blood).
3. Which politician are you most proud of having voted for?
Ummmm...that's an oxymoron right? (sorry couldn't resist). I'd have to say in the last mayoral election when I voted against Street. I don't remember who the opposition candidate was (err, I do, it was a businessman guy. Can't remember his name though). While Street may have initially done a few good things when he first came into office that improved the city, there's been little or nothing that he's done in the last five years to help it (and in fact I think many of his policies have contributed to the decline). Also, the cronyism almost rivals bushco.
4. What is your favorite flavor of tea?
Pear white tea.
5. What is the dumbest law you know of in the United States?
Making the legal drinking age 21. Everyone knows it happens in college. Almost everyone also does it even before then. While I don't think teenagers in high school should have the option to have their own keggers and all, they might as well go ahead and lower it to 18 ---- you'd make more money off of it, kids wouldn't be having arrests just for underage drinking, etc.
