I'm not actually a huge dark chocolate fan - prefer milk chocolate. But these cookies taste pretty much like the keebler elves chocolate graham cookies (except better) that I remember from being a kid. And it's so rare that I find corn free junk food that tastes that good w/out the effort of making it myself.
