Nope, no zagara's in philly - never has been. I assume due to business taxes and such. There used to be one in Wilmington but it was shut down in their spate of store closings two-three years ago. I know there's one right across in NJ, but we don't really go to Jersey much (hardly ever). Too far to drive for just one store.
