I think they mainly rely on folks telling them when they get a disk that isn't playable. Whoever damaged that one certainly didn't report it. Maybe you reporting in will put a red flag on the last person who had it. *shrugs* Or it was something that happened in the mail process. In any case, report it was damaged and you want it and they send you a new one very fast. We just had to do this because our disk was scratched beyond playability and they sent us a new one before our old one got to them. *loves netflix...but for the time they sent me "I know what you did last summer" instead of a disk of LFN*
