Good bad and worse

Good — move is finally almost complete. Still need to unpack and a few things at old house but the loading and unloading piece is done, including adult patio furniture (ie i didn’t buy it at Wally World)

Bad — the new hire that was supposed to start i a little over a week rescinded her acceptance on Friday to stay at her current place. So we are still down about 5 people in our department, two to 3 of which is just on my team.

Worse — read about the passing of RBG on Twitter last night asi was finishi g packing. Nothing like the risk of another Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court to throw my concern for the state of the world in over drive. Consciously avoiding g everything else social
Media and news related because I just can’t deal with it.

Please vote democrat in all levels of your elections where possible for national especially. Already the damage of McConnel and the approval of a tone of judges that are frankly unqualified beyond the fact that they are theocratic and trump toadies will be damage for years to come. Our country can’t take 4 more years of this
