Seriously, I just cut 450 words out of a manuscript in 3 hours. \0/ Somehow, it feels really satisfying to do so. Mostly because this was the first time it got cut down really so there was still lots of tricks to do. When you've cut a lot and are still looking for the last 50-100, then not so much.

Flight out of chicago is really delayed thanks to the plane from arkansas being held up interminably. Which means instead of landing in OK at 6 pm, we'll now be pushing 8pm, and the likelihood of a Whole foods run while in Tulsa before returning home is dropping drastically
