And once again I'm off......

Okay boys and girls,

I'm off again, and unlike last weekend, I'm not taking my laptop with me as I don't think I need it for the very few hours I shall be alone. So I'll see you sunday night.

At which point, I'll post a new winter_deaddrop challenge finally, and see if I can come up with anything for scc_las (my enjoyment of this community has been sucked out by various things but I'm trying to remember how difficult modding is and be a good little community participant. And yet, being voted out would not be the worst thing ever...)

However, thanks to the iphone, I will not be completely out of touch, and how much do I love that? I expect to truly love it in OK if I can get any sort of decent edge signal at home...which will still be faster than the 16-36 kb/s my parents' landline provides.

Oh, and I figured out I still have 8 days of vacation to use as I know I won't have time to use it in the 1st quarter of next year. Actually, now that I think about it, I may actually have substantially more than that, will need to double check as I don't remember if I accounted for my carryover days. So I'll just need to actually see when my boss will be amenable to me taking it. Of course, with projects, I may be better off just taking 1 day a week off for a while.
