Better, but cheated....

Well, I feel better, but I still feel cheated out of part of my vacation...especially as I only ventured outside during 3/10 days due to weather or illness (not counting airline travel days). Ugghh.

The cold was nowhere near as bad as the plague I caught last year, but still. Uggghhhh.

Oh well, apt is 3/4 cleaned. Still need to do massive amounts of ironing. Massive amounts of laundry if the temps at night are warm enough to cooperate. And I need to make barbecue sauce and bread to go with the pork roast I bought. I should just freeze the turkey breasts as I have quite enough food for the week I think. We'll see.

Here's hoping I don't spend all day with sneezing fits like I did yesterday. And that the temperature at work is just right instead of the freezing it has been for the past month, or over heated should they have completely fixed whatever they deemed the problem to be.

In the office, anyways. Was so cold in there that even more people were heading out to buy space heaters. I'd planned too, but by noon, my chest was hurting from the cold air so I just decided to work from home.

feels delicious to be here, helped along by the chicken noodle soup. Now to convince my body to work instead of napping!
