In other news, in the attempt to convince myself that the chronic drip/pain in the back of my throat is solely allergies, I cleaned most of the apartment today and plan to take 2, count them 2, benadryl tonight to hopefully knock it on its ass. Of course, this also ensures probable nosebleed from dehydration tomorrow, but oh wells.
did I mention that I got my lost luggage at 1:30 am today? Yes, I typed the time of day right. When they called at 8 last night to say I would recieve it "sometime that night" they very specifically refused to estimate it. So all of last night was spent sleeping in the recliner. :P
Okay, now to cook some stir fry with a LOT of ginger to further get this congestion out of the middle of my throat (oddly, salsa seemed to help the pain, or it just helped lubricate it.)
Here's hoping everyone else is having more eventful and fun festivities than I am. Though the day wasn't an entire loss since I got to see the Victor Burn Notice eps during today's marathon. Man, I have never been so upset that a guest character died, except maybe for bomb disposal guy on Grey's Anatomy. Anyone think we can convince White Collar to give Michael Shanks a recurring role that doesn't get killed and can come back every season? Or will that just make our tvs explode from the pretty?
