ipod touch question...

Okay, haven't decided what to do on the mp3 front, but I did have one question for anyone w/ an ipod touch.

I know for the iphone, you have to have a special jack to connect your ipod to your car to get it to play. Is the same true for the ipod touch, or will any old connector cord work?
