Well...it took a little while, but I'm awake now:P Not exactly the early start I wanted to get this morning, but oh well.

Yesterday was fun and then I got to wake up to a couple of nice reviews of Revisions of a Life over at FFF.net. *shrugs* I know, probably shouldn't just post vignettes there, but oh well:P No one gripes too much.

So get ready, go to work and have very busy day. And come home to laundry :( Oh crap...still have to drop by the pharmacy too since i put it off on friday due to the rain and shoes still being soaked.

So....july 19, I get to do the post thing for my oncampus training grant retreat.

The August 19, I have to submit an abstract for my stupid grad group retreat. Uggh. Sorry, just dreading it because they've changed the format from one day to three days and scheduled it at a place like 60 miles from here. Meaning I have to interact more w/ the students in my program, most of whom I either flat out don't like or just don't seem to get along w/. Plus my food issues. And having to share a room. I still think the only way I'll manage it is if I reward myself by renting a car. And of course, the retreat is Nov 18-20..so there's that wonderful number 19 again. Plus it being late enough that the weather could be sucktastic.

I'm telling you...the number 19 has it out for me. *grabs vera and goes to hunt The Count*

Ahhh....there is nothing quite like the feeling of all the muscles in your head untensing as the sinus headache gradually goes away..:) Is happiness. Since I'm having so many fewer headaches, I actually get to take the excedrin BEFORE it gets unbearable now...much better doing it that way:):)

*dances* Caught a bunny for my next set of [livejournal.com profile] serenitysummer assignments:):) Good times, good times.

And yes, yes, yes...I promise to work as fast as I can on Twin Regrets. For those of you who weren't subjected to the preview, I should be updating w/ Chapter 5 in a day or so. For the rest of you that are alternately offering treats or threats...I promise to try to write as fast as I can:) Like I've said, I have all the sticky plot points ironed out in my head on this one (unlike w/ Camouflage) so it will proceed pretty quickly except for the minor hiccups when my brain freezes on "how to start a chapter".
